It is pretty self explanitory, and if you do run a Linux (currently only supported) Hub, you will know what this is all about. What it lets you do is control users to your hub, and lets them register their nickname, and also provids you with a list of emails (for users), so you can let them know about things, but also for them to actually register. You will need a webserver, I recommend apache, and the mySQL database. Apache WebServer | mySQL Database Server This web system, also needs cron to run a php file (cron.php).
